We are seeking an experienced ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Level 5 Qualified Registered Manager for a new small 2-bedded home in Stoke. Additionally, we are recruiting dual registered managers for upcoming homes in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, and Newcastle-under-Lyme.
You will be supported by a highly experienced Responsible Individual with over 20 years of sector experience, helping you build a team that includes two Deputy Managers, providing therapeutic, trauma-informed care to vulnerable young people. Staff will have access to full-time psychotherapists and weekly clinical supervision.
We offer a bonus structure linked to OFSTED outcomes, not occupancy, along with additional bonuses. The role requires a thorough understanding of The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, associated guidance, and legislation.
