Position

Registered Management position for community learning disability and mental health step down services with a negotiable package in the region of £35k.

Responsibilities

We seek someone who is interested in making this position their own and overseeing a small but complex Supported Living Scheme, due to promotion.

• A specialist care business with multiple properties in the Blackpool, Lancashire area that
• Employs 70+ highly trained professionals responsible for supporting
• 15 people, each with their own, often complex, sometimes tragic backgrounds, all equally deserving of support to live as independently as possible despite their mental health and / or learning disability needs

The foundation of success has been a dedicated focus on quality. Caring for people e.g. sectioned under the mental health act, or with forensic and / or complex mental health needs they are the go‑to provider for this type of care in the area.
