Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: £53,000 base + bonuses (up to £60,800 total)

We’re opening a brand-new 4-bed children’s home in Haverhill and are seeking an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead the service.

You’ll need at least 2–3 years’ management experience in residential childcare, strong safeguarding knowledge, and a passion for supporting young people aged 11–17 with challenging behaviours. NVQ Level 5 (or working towards) is essential.
