Qualifications

• Expérience en tant que Deputy Manager ou Registered Manager dans un foyer pour enfants.

• Compétences en informatique, littératie et numératie.

Responsibilities

Are you an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to lead? We're recruiting a Registered Manager on behalf of our client for a recently opened children's home in Camden, now proudly registered with Ofsted. Since 2006, our client has specialised in supporting young people with complex needs, helping them recover from adverse experiences and build independent lives. This is your chance to take the helm of an innovative, psychologically informed service and drive its success.

About the Role:

Live Service: Lead an operational home, fully refurbished and recently Ofsted-registered.

Step Up: Perfect for an experienced Deputy Manager eager to become a Registered Manager.

Meaningful Impact: Deliver trauma-informed care for children with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, ensuring high-quality care and ongoing Ofsted compliance.

Lead a team to support young people's social, emotional, and behavioural development.

Innovate and manage risks to maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

About you:

An experienced Deputy Manager (or Registered Manager) from a children's home background.

Skilled in supporting young people with social, emotional, or behavioural difficulties.

Curious, enthusiastic, and creative, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Holder of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willing to achieve it with support).

Proficient in IT, literacy, and numeracy.

£45,000 - £55,000 starting salary, based on experience.

Increasing annual leave after 2 years' service.
