Overview

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Registered Manager to lead this service and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people. Have strong knowledge of Ofsted, Children's Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding. Demonstrate resilience, motivation, and commitment to positive outcomes. Be flexible to join the On-Call Manager rota when required.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) - essential
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4 Registered Manager Award) - desirable
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential childcare
  • Minimum 2 years in a management role
