Job summary

SCR is seeking a Registered Manager to lead an Ofsted-regulated Supported Accommodation service for 16+. You will ensure high standards of care, safety, compliance and outcomes for young people within a residential setting.

The role requires proven management experience in children’s residential services, formal leadership qualifications, and a strong knowledge of relevant legislation and standards. You will drive ongoing training, safeguarding, and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young people’s residential services.
• RMA / NVQ4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
• Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children’s Act 2010
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
