Summary

Qualified Clinical Home Manager to join an established family-run Nursing & Residential Care provider with 41 care homes across England and Wales. The organisation aims to provide an excellent standard of care with dignity and respect for residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain the Home, actively leading and supporting the team to deliver the highest standards of care for residents.
  • Build effective relationships with the team, residents, relatives, and the local community.
  • Ensure services within the home meet CQC regulations and maintain a good rating.
  • Lead and manage a successful home or services in healthcare with a focus on person-centered care.
About you
  • Qualified Home Manager who has managed a minimum 60-bed home with Dementia and General Nursing experience.
  • Experience leading and managing teams within a person-centered care environment.
  • Strong Clinical Operational background with a minimum of 3 years as a Home Manager.
  • Evidence of CQC compliance published as Good in the last 3 years.
