A local government organization in Clitheroe is looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager to oversee daily operations of two Children's Homes. The ideal candidates will possess leadership skills, a QCF5 or NVQ 5 qualification, and experience in management. They will ensure compliance with standards and mentor childcare teams. This full-time role offers a salary of £49,764 - £53,888 per annum along with generous benefits.

As part of the Residential Leadership Team, this position involves overseeing the daily operations of two Children's Homes, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Dual Registered Manager is responsible for leading and mentoring two teams of Residential Childcare Workers, supported by four Deputy Managers.
The Dual Registered Manager must have a caring and empathetic approach to working with children and staff, the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism, and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in all aspects of the role.
