A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Children's Home Registered Manager in Tamworth to manage a residential service for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. This role requires strong leadership and compliance with care regulations. We are looking for a passionate, resilient, and dedicated leader to take on this exciting challenge to shape a residential service for looked after children.
In this role, you will manage a children’s residential service in Tamworth for young people aged 7–16 with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment where children can thrive and develop independence.
You’ll oversee the day‑to‑day running of the home, provide strong leadership to the team, and ensure the service operates in full compliance with care/support plans, safeguarding procedures, and regulatory standards and legislation. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape a new residential home and guide it towards achieving an Outstanding Ofsted rating.
