Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a new children’s residential service based in Nottingham (NG8). This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to play a pivotal role in establishing and developing a high-quality home that delivers outstanding care and outcomes for children.

The Ideal Candidate
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Deputy or Registered Manager within a children’s residential setting
  • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children
  • Desirable: Previous experience in setting up a new children’s home
Key Details
  • Base Salary: £53,000
  • Performance Bonuses: Potential earnings up to £65,000
  • Additional Pay:
    • Ofsted Bonuses – £3,000 for Outstanding / £1,500 for Good
    • Full Occupancy Bonus – £400 per month
