Contract: Long‑term | Inside IR35 (Outside a possibility)

Rate: £60‑£70 per hour (DOE)

Hours: Full‑time (part‑time considered)

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D and above) to join our client's team in London on a long‑term contract basis.

The Role:

You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects.

Key Details:

• £60‑£70 per hour, depending on experience
• Long‑term contract with strong extension potential
• Inside IR35 (Outside a possibility)
