Qualifications

• Technical qualifications or experience in areas like asbestos, legionella, fire, electrical, DSEAR, fuels, and gas.
• Strong knowledge of statutory regulations such as SFG20, CDM, Fire, and Gas.
• Health & Safety expertise (IOSH Managing Safely level) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional management of Legionella and Asbestos compliance.
• Oversee AP coverage and manage across all disciplines.
• Conduct audits and drive continuous improvement.
