Job summary

A leading kitchen supplier is looking for a Regional Solid Surface Manager to oversee operations in North England and the Midlands. This role involves managing field-based fitting teams, ensuring installations are conducted to high standards, and driving growth in solid surface sales. The ideal candidate has previous management experience in installation teams, a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, and excellent leadership skills. Qualifications

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decisions.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused able to see challenges as opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the growth and profitability of solid surface installations across your region.
  • Manage fitting teams ensuring a professional, consistent, and safe installation service.
  • Implement effective reporting systems to monitor compliance, cost control, and performance metrics.
  • Support Area and Depot Managers in promoting the fitting service and building confidence across the sales network.
  • Take responsibility for all health and safety aspects of the regional solid surface fitting operation.
