• Experience using remote monitoring tools.
• Understanding of Health & Safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain smart parking hardware including cameras and signage.
• Conduct scheduled maintenance inspections and service visits.
• Attend to reactive faults within SLA timeframes.
• Use remote monitoring platforms to identify issues.
• Maintain accurate ISO-compliant documentation.
