Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Planner, Service Coordinator, or Scheduler.
• Ability to build productive working relationships with engineers and colleagues.
• Desirable but not essential: experience within automatic doors or similar field.
• Confidence in using planning systems effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineers efficiently across the assigned region.
• Use route-planning tools to minimize travel time and improve efficiency.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and incoming calls.
• Prepare quotations for remedial works and planned preventative maintenance.
• Keep internal systems and client portals updated with accurate information.
