Job summary

Laing O'Rourke, working in partnership with Select Security, seeks a Regional Security Supervisor to oversee security operations across the North & Midlands in England. You will lead security officers on night shifts, manage schedules, and coordinate incident reporting to ensure safety across multiple construction sites.

Ideal candidates will have an SIA licence, a valid UK driving licence, and the ability to manage emergencies, liaise with clients, and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• SIA licence required.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience leading security teams.
• Strong computer skills for incident reporting and record keeping.

Regional Security Supervisor (North & Midlands) .

Laing O'Rourke, working in partnership with Select Security, are looking for a regional security supervisor to run and manage our security team across the north and midlands of England.

As our regional supervisor, you'll support and oversee security across several construction sites, sorting schedules, leading and motivating a team of dedicated security officers, and making sure we keep things running smoothly and safely.

If you're a proven leaderwith a good work ethic, decent computer skills, and can juggle schedules like a pro, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of security officers on night shifts
• Patrol: Do mobile security patrols to different client sites throughout the night
• SIA Licence: Hold and maintain a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence
• UK Driving Licence: Full, valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Scheduling: Sort out and allocate security personnel to meet client needs and keep service levels high
• Report Management: Use your computer skills to create and maintain incident reports, activity logs, and other paperwork as needed
• Client Relations: Build and maintain good working relationships with the project by staying in touch with the Security Supervisor, dealing with concerns and making sure their security needs are covered
• Emergency Response: Coordinate and respond to security-related emergencies, keeping everyone and everything safe
