Job summary

Laing O'Rourke, in partnership with Select Security, seeks a Regional Security Supervisor to manage our security team across the North & Midlands of England. You will lead night-shift officers, plan patrols across multiple sites, and ensure safety and continuity of service.

The role requires strong leadership, good IT skills, and a valid SIA licence along with a full UK driving licence. Immediate start and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading security teams across multiple sites.
• Strong computer skills for reports and logs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and mentor security officers on night shifts.
• Conduct mobile security patrols at client sites during night hours.
• Sort out and allocate security personnel to meet client needs.
• Create and maintain incident reports and activity logs.
