The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction. This role offers a competitive salary between £60,000 - £65,000, a bonus, and a company car, with a hybrid working model of 2-3 days in the office.

Manchester Staff is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for one of our leading clients. In this position you'll be working for the UK's largest Mechanical Services Contractor providing both mechanical and fire products. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an employee-owned business that prides itself on delivering first class service to a fast moving client market. You will be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific geographical region (South). This includes developing sales strategies, expanding market share, and improving profitability. The role requires strong influence and analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain key customer relationships.
