Leader mid‑level team manager role focused on account management for the existing client base.

Revenue ownership through cross‑sell and upsell (no individual quota).

Strategic guidance and operational leadership.

Selling into SMB / MM MSP and internal IT clients.

Collaborates with peer managers and Director‑level leadership.
