Job summary

Stryker in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Joint Replacement portfolio in the North UK. You will lead a sales and service team, drive revenue, manage budgets, and coordinate case coverage with Europe and USA colleagues.

The role requires strategic leadership, market know-how, and a focus on high-quality customer service. You will travel regionally, develop local clinical champions, and support new product launches while maintaining ethics and integrity in line with

Qualifications

Degree or training in a medical/scientific/technical field preferred
Proven successful sales/marketing experience
Experience in leading a team
Knowledge of Joint Replacement and robotics beneficial
Anatomical proficiency and commercial acumen
CRM and ERP familiarity; strong MS Office skills

Responsibilities

Exceed quarterly and annual budgets, drive instrument utilization and revenue pipeline
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and service team
Ensure exceptional service levels across the customer base
Coach and develop team members and new hires
Mentor clinical, sales and marketing skills for field staff during onboarding
Coordinate case coverage and collaborate with Europe/USA teams for scheduling
