Stryker is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Joint Replacement business across the North UK. The role focuses on exceeding budgets, driving instrument utilisation, and growing recurring revenue while maintaining top service standards.

You will manage and develop a high-performing team, mentor new hires, and coordinate case coverage with Mako specialists. Regular travel and home-based work are expected to support customer sites.

Qualificações

• Training in a medical, scientific career or degree in sciences.
• Verifiable successful sales and/or marketing experience
• Experience in team leadership
• Ideally knowledge in Joint Replacement & Robotics
• Anatomical proficiency
• Economic knowledge
• Commercial skills in leading a profit centre
• Knowledge of a CRM system
• Knowledge of an ERP system
• Computer skills, MS Office
• Presentation skills with modern presentation media

Responsabilidades

• Exceed & deliver against the quarterly and yearly business budget whilst managing instrument utilisation, recurring revenue pipeline development alongside accurate forecasting vs. budget.
• Manage, lead, and motivate a high performing sales and service team, supporting and driving them strategically and tactically to accelerate business through the Joint Replacement portfolio.
• Ensure service levels are maintained at an exceptional standard throughout customer base.
• Coach and develop your team to achieve their potential.
• Mentor and develop the clinical, sales and marketing skills of new hires in the field.
• Provide basic training on Mako platform during induction period of new Mako Product Specialists.
