Responsibilities

• Exceed quarterly and annual budgets while managing instrument utilisation and revenue.
• Lead, motivate and coach a high-performing sales team across the North UK.
• Ensure exceptional service levels across the customer base.
• Mentor new hires on workflow and product knowledge (Mako/robotics).
• Coordinate case coverage with Product Specialists and regional teams.
• Collaborate with contracts, pricing, compliance and accounting to ensure smooth order-to-cash.
• Develop local clinical champions to support technology platforms.
