Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Q-DAS Software to drive growth across the United Kingdom and Nordic markets. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen relationships, and promote SPC, QDAS data management, and quality intelligence solutions.

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, collaborating with technical and commercial teams to deliver tailored solutions that translate into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in software sales or industrial technology sales.
• Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and achieving targets.
• Ability to present and demonstrate technical solutions translated into business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive Q-DAS software growth across the UK and Nordic markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing industries, including automotive and aerospace.
• Manage and expand existing customer relationships for account development and long-term growth.
• Lead customer meetings, discovery sessions, software presentations and demonstrations.
• Coordinate with technical teams to tailor solutions and support customer evaluations.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quotations, negotiations and closures.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Success and Professional Services to enable adoption.
