Job summary

PASQAL is seeking a Senior Regional Sales professional to drive the full sales process for the United Kingdom, from strategy to deal closure, across strategic accounts and target industries. The role requires leading commercial and sales engineering activities while collaborating with global teams.

You will develop UK-specific B2B strategies, communicate PASQAL's value to diverse stakeholders, and travel regularly to engage clients and attend events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales/business development in HPC, AI or Quantum.
• Proven ability to manage full end-to-end sales cycles and close deals with large enterprise clients.
• Excellent negotiation, listening and communication skills.
• Fluent English, strong presentation and relationship-building with executives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed annual UK sales targets across territory and accounts.
• Develop and implement UK B2B sales strategies and growth plans.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients across the UK.
• Articulate PASQAL's unique value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Lead the full end-to-end sales cycle for the UK territory.
