Qualifications

  • Strong conflict resolution skills, ability to deal with ambiguity, strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional experience in the Wealth Management industry required.
  • Ability to maintain regular physical presence within designated offices; overnight stays and extensive travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver messaging from the Adviser Skills & Capabilities programme.
  • Conduct 1:1 and group sales coaching sessions.
  • Diagnose sales performance gaps and design targeted coaching.
  • Coach leaders through change and support sales performance goals.
  • Drive adoption of sales methodology in coaching routines.
  • Use sales data to prioritize coaching focus.
