Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team with effective HR process knowledge.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes.
• Experience in supporting director-level communication and administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management to your team of direct reports; develop skills, capacity and performance.
• Engage with project management teams and programme leaders to forecast resource needs and coordinate plans.
• Lead regional internal staff communications, prepare weekly briefings and quarterly updates.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, respond to enquiries and resolve or escalate issues.
• Lead the Bi-Monthly Line Managers' Forum and disseminate information to senior management or HR.
• Implement divisional process changes and support staff through effective communication to realise benefits.
