Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of support staff to deliver project administration and governance documentation.
• Engage with project management teams and programme leaders to plan resource needs.
• Lead internal staff communications and quarterly management updates.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, resolving or escalating issues.
• Lead the Bi-Monthly Line Managers' Forum to raise issues with senior management.
• Implement divisional process changes with clear communication to realise business benefits.
