Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of project administration processes and procedures.
• Experience leading a team with HR processes and procedures.
• Competent user of standard office software to produce complex documents and spreadsheets.
• Evidence of managing stakeholder relationships and ability to influence outcomes.
• Experience in supporting director-level communication & administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management to your team of direct reports and project support staff.
• Engage with project management teams and senior leaders to understand support needs and allocate resources.
• Lead regional internal staff communications and quarterly management updates.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and resolve or escalate issues.
• Lead the Bi-Monthly Line Managers' Forum and disseminate information to management.
• Implement divisional process changes and guide staff to realise business benefits.
