Ministry of Justice in London seeks a Performance Lead to join the London Regional Performance & Quality Team. You will lead on performance management, using data to identify trends and develop practical initiatives that improve service delivery.

The role requires strong analytical capability, extensive stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex information into clear priorities. Hybrid working and flexible patterns are supported.

Formación

• Experience of executing organisational strategy and performance improvements.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and present data-driven insights clearly.
• Experience with quality systems and improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead on maintenance of national performance standards and regional reporting.
• Analyse data and surveys; identify trends to inform national interventions.
• Develop and monitor performance plans with divisions and LDUs.
• Coordinate improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams.
