Job summary

Ministry of Justice seeks a Senior Delivery Manager within Justice Data to lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and digital services. You will own the roadmap, manage risks and dependencies, and coach multidisciplinary teams across HQ, HMCTS and Agencies. Hybrid working is offered with a focus on delivering outcomes.

Applicants must be willing to undergo SC clearance assessment and work across diverse stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions and improvements in services and platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager.
• Strong outcome focus while proactively removing blockers.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across delivery disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data and digital services as the main accountability point.
• Shape and deliver the roadmap to meet user needs and data-driven decisions.
• Manage risks, dependencies and blockers with timely decisions.
• Establish governance and prioritisation across services and platforms.
• Coach and mentor delivery managers and teams across functions.
• Work with stakeholders to define priorities and outcomes.
