Ministry of Justice in Yorkshire and the Humber is seeking a Performance & Quality Officer to support Probation Delivery Units across the region. This temporary post, ending 18/01/28, could become permanent for external hires.

The role requires travel within the region and involves delivering performance targets and quality improvements. The successful candidate will work with the PQO team, develop regional initiatives, and analyse data using Excel, Word, Outlook, Power BI and related tools

Qualifications

• Experience in extracting and analysing data using BI tools.
• Ability to develop and deliver a regional quality improvement programme.
• Experience supporting performance targets and service delivery indicators.

Responsabilités

• Ensure PDUs deliver against national service delivery indicators and specifications.
• Develop and deliver a regional quality improvement programme.
• Identify local performance and quality issues linked to HMPPS priorities.
• Run improvement initiatives to drive performance enhancements.
• Share best practice with PQOs to maximise quality gains.
