Job summary

The post holder will develop BI tools and reports, manage analytical requests, and collaborate with PQ Officers and other analysts to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience in maintaining information systems and databases.
• Experience with quality systems and driving quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain management information dashboards and reports.
• Act as a business partner for analytical requests from NPS divisions.
• Translate requirements into analytical work and ensure timely delivery.
• Support data audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide information and advice to decision-makers and stakeholders.
