As Regional Business Support Manager, you will lead our regional service market support team across the North and Scotland and work closely with dealership colleagues to strengthen process effectiveness, efficiency and customer service. You will build a strong internal structure support end to end operations and use data and analytics to guide decisions that increase capability across the region. Your work will help deliver our regional strategy and drive customer success and sustainable profitable growth.

You bring the following
  • Background in the truck commercial vehicle or automotive industry, ideally within service or aftermarket environments, is advantageous
  • Experience leading a team in a customer or operations environment is beneficial
  • Full United Kingdom driving licence
  • Strong Microsoft 365 capability with particular strength in Excel
  • Proven track record of being proactive and a self-starter with a passion for delivering results through data analysis
  • Experience gathering, consolidating and delivering complex data accurately within required timescales to support business-critical decisions
  • A continuous improvement mindset and a desire to improve ways of working for colleagues and customers
What You Will Do

You will work closely with five direct reports who form the core of our regional support structure, including the Regional Administration Manager, the Dealer Administrator Team Leader, the Aftermarket Administrator and the Commercial Parts Manager and together you will create a trusted, transparent and high‑performing support function for the region.

  • Inspire and lead your team to deliver operational excellence
  • Build a culture that values quality, accountability and employee engagement
  • Ensure effective processes for invoicing, warranty claims, dealer administration and compliance
  • Strengthen collaboration with dealership teams to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities for digitalisation that simplify work and enhance service
  • Support uptime initiatives and ways of working with connected trucks
  • Use data insights to monitor performance, manage risk and drive profitable growth
  • Coach service market colleagues to improve competence and reduce waste
  • Oversee the management of the regional fleet, including purchasing and replacement
  • Partner with regional leaders to deliver projects and process improvements that move the business forward
