Job description
Regional Operations Manager

We're looking for more talented people to join our growing team.

We are now recruiting for a Regional Operations Manager, in a Hybrid role.

Location: Kent

The Regional Operation Manager (ROM) will effectively manage the day to day running of their region. The ROM will support and deliver the business strategy, annual action plans to achieve business growth and the company objectives. The ROM will have full accountability for their regional teams, centering on driving and maximising all financial, whilst creating a safe and fun environment for both Customers and employees.

Below are some of the tasks from the Job Description:

  • Ensure the Gambling Commission objectives are followed and implemented without exception.
  • Audit areas of security such as CCTV, alarms, (personal attack/Staff Guard), safes and critical locks.
  • To be an ambassador of the company brand and culture.
  • To lead, inspire and motivate the Venue teams to have a “can-do” attitude and happy to help approach.
  • Make sure all employees are fully briefed on promotions/marketing activities
  • Working closely with the Management team the ROM will optimise the performance of products
  • Ensure employment functions including interviewing, hiring, inductions, coaching, performance management, appraisals/ disciplinary are actioned.

Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be a proven self-starter, adaptable and confident, with the ability to work independently under their own initiative but also as part of a wider collaborative team.
