Job summary

Egis is seeking a Regional Learning & Development Specialist to drive deployment of our group strategy across the EURA region from London. You will partner with Corporate L&D, regional HR and business leaders to translate priorities into practical regional learning programs that support performance and workforce transformation.

A key focus is preparing for AI-driven transformation, developing digital capability and responsible use of new technologies while ensuring human judgment remains

Qualifications

7–10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related areas.
Experience in international, regional or multi-country environments.
Ability to translate business priorities into regional learning plans and capability programmes.
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Act as trusted L&D advisor to the Regional HRD, HR Directors and business leaders across EURA.
Consolidate capability needs across countries, functions and business areas.
Translate Group L&D priorities into regional learning programmes aligned to business priorities and future skills.
Build and manage the annual regional training plan.
Lead L&D transformation and change activity across the region.
