Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning & Workforce Reinvention Manager to lead large-scale learning and workforce transformation engagements across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You will own delivery, engage senior stakeholders and shape AI-enabled skilling programs that scale to thousands of users.

You will work within a cross-functional team at the intersection of consulting, AI and enterprise transformation, building learning operating models and leveraging LearnVantage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end client engagements in learning, workforce transformation or related consulting.
• Experience with outcomes, value delivery and learning as a specialty.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders across learning, talent and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement lead on client programmes, owning delivery and outcomes.
• Oversee learning experience design, content development, platform implementation and delivery management.
• Architect enterprise-scale skilling solutions and integrate platforms and data.
• Connect learning initiatives to wider talent and transformation work.
• Guide product/platform strategy and selection for modern learning ecosystems.
• Design enterprise AI skilling programmes and drive business development.
