You will lead a high-performing team, partner with senior leaders, and set governance for learning technology and data privacy while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in defining and delivering learning strategies.
• Proven ability to lead learning teams through transformation in global organisations.
• Strong track record of data-driven learning and predictive insights.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Expertise in emerging learning technologies including AI and immersive tools.

• Develop and execute a forward-looking Learning strategy aligned with business transformation needs.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered, personalised learning experiences.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development across the organisation.

• Build strategic partnerships with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery through agile methodologies and emerging technologies.
• Ensure governance, data privacy, and ethical AI standards for learning solutions.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing Learning team.
