Job summary

BlackLine seeks an experienced Learning Business Partner to serve as the embedded L&D presence for the EMEA region. This individual-contributor role sits in a global hub-and-spoke learning model, localising, launching, and delivering programmes across EMEA, while aligning with central design and measurement teams.

You will lead regional onboarding and leadership development, facilitate tailored workshops, and model AI-first working practices. International travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience.
• Experience localising and delivering learning programmes for regional/global teams.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed, international environment.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with HR tech and AI-enabled tools (Workday/Udemy/Claude) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary L&D contact for the EMEA region, translating regional needs to the central hub.
• Localise and deliver globally-designed programmes (leadership, onboarding, AI-fluency) for EMEA audiences.
• Lead regional onboarding and manager/leadership development delivery.
• Facilitate workshops and regionally-tailored learning experiences with measurable impact.
• Model AI-first ways of working and promote AI usage across the function.
