Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning & Workforce Reinvention Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements across London, Manchester and Edinburgh, shaping AI-powered capability building at scale.

You will work at the intersection of consulting, AI and enterprise transformation, designing skilling strategies, guiding platform implementations, and mentoring a delivery team in a fast-growing practice within Talent Reinvention.

Qualifications

• Track record leading end-to-end client engagements in learning, workforce transformation or related consulting.
• Consulting background with outcomes-focused delivery and client value.
• Experience across organisation design, change and adoption, workforce strategy or operating model work.

Responsibilities

• Act as engagement lead on client programmes, taking responsibility for delivery and outcomes across complex learning and workforce engagements.
• Oversee learning experience design, content development, platform implementation and delivery management end-to-end.
• Design and lead enterprise-scale skilling solutions and advise on content ecosystems, AI tools and operating models.
• Connect learning work to wider transformation projects and stakeholder needs across the client.
• Guide modern learning technology ecosystems, including platform strategy and vendor selection.
