Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning & Workforce Reinvention Senior Manager to lead the Learning offering across London, Manchester and Edinburgh. You will drive pipeline growth, originate client opportunities and shape propositions at the C-suite level, while guiding end-to-end learning transformations leveraging AI-enabled platforms.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, content, technology and managed services, building credibility with senior stakeholders and delivering

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a market or practice in professional services.
• Deep consulting credibility in learning, workforce transformation or related talent strategy.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders including C-Suite leadership.
• Ability to lead complex, multi-workstream transformations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Learning offering: develop pipeline, originate opportunities, shape propositions, and collaborate across Talent Reinvention.
• Lead senior client engagements end-to-end as trusted advisor and sponsor for learning transformations.
• Architect and oversee delivery of large-scale enterprise learning programs across strategy, content, technology and services.
• Connect learning initiatives to workforce strategy, organization design, change and operating models.
• Drive innovation in enterprise learning and AI-enabled capability building.
• Shape strategic direction and build the team and capability to pursue it.
• Establish thought leadership and represent Accenture in industry forums.
