Job summary

BlackLine seeks an experienced Learning Business Partner to act as the embedded L&D face for the EMEA region. This individual-contributor role localises globally designed programmes and delivers leadership development, onboarding, and AI-fluency training across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR/Learning Business Partner roles.
• Experience localising and delivering learning programmes for regional audiences in a global, matrixed organisation.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills across diverse EMEA markets.
• Genuine AI fluency with daily use of AI tools for research, drafting, localisation and prep.

Responsibilities

• Be the L&D face to EMEA: translate regional needs into requests for the central hub.
• Localise and deliver globally designed programmes for EMEA audiences, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Own regional onboarding and management/leadership development delivery.
• Lead impactful workshops and certification or AI-enabled sessions across regions.
• Model AI-first ways of working and champion AI-enabled practices.
• Drive adoption of BlackLine's learning tech stack (e.g., Workday Learning, Udemy).
• Track and report learning outcomes with enterprise metrics back to the hub.
• Coordinate delivery logistics with facilitators and in-market training vendors.
• Collaborate with central L&D, HR Business Partners and People & Culture for cohesive journeys.
