Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Learning & Workforce Reinvention Senior Manager in London. You will own growth for the Learning offering, originate client opportunities, and shape propositions across AI-powered learning and enterprise transformation.

Lead senior engagements and oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams across strategy, content, technology, and managed services. You will engage C-Suite stakeholders, drive market leadership, and collaborate with LearnVantage product leadership to scale

Qualifications

• Proven track record building a market or practice in professional services or advisory business.
• Deep consulting credibility in learning, workforce transformation or adjacent talent and people strategy.
• Experience across organisation design, change management, workforce strategy or talent operating model.
• Ability to lead complex programmes end-to-end and sustain client trust.
• Commercial orientation and growth mindset with client-facing accountability.
• Experience applying AI, automation or intelligent platforms to client challenges.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
• Senior leadership capability to build teams and set direction.
• Background in management consulting or learning and skills advisory at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth agenda for the Learning offering: build pipeline, originate client opportunities, shape propositions.
• Lead senior client engagements end-to-end, acting as trusted advisor and sponsor.
• Architect and oversee delivery across strategy, content, technology and managed services.
• Collaborate with LearnVantage product leadership and ecosystem partners to scale solutions.
• Shape strategic direction and develop new propositions to win market share.
