Job summary

Amazon Uk Services Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Engineer to help keep our on-site IT infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll support end-user devices and building IT systems while working on network projects and site setups across our operational sites.

You will train and mentor IT technicians, travel to different sites, and collaborate with on-site and remote colleagues to ensure systems operate at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience in supporting multi-user, high-availability environments.
• Experience with PC repair, deployment and asset management.
• Experience delivering IT services across client, server and network.
• Familiarity with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Windows Server technologies.
• Fluent English (C1+) and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Support end-user devices and building IT infrastructure.
• Assist with network projects and IT setups for new buildings.
• Suggest processes to improve IT usage in operational sites.
• Train and mentor IT technicians.
