Job summary

Xperience is seeking a Field Services Engineer to provide onsite IT support for customers primarily in Oxfordshire, with strong customer-facing responsibilities and field-based travel across UK locations. You will install and configure hardware, troubleshoot IT infrastructure, and collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires hands-on experience, a full UK driving license, and the ability to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• At least two years IT Support experience in an internal or external facing helpdesk.
• Excellent communication and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment and ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite IT Support functions for the customer including Laptop/Desktop builds and configurations.
• Record activities and functions performed while onsite through the Xperience Ticket Management tool.
• Install and configure printers, wireless access points, routers and switches.
