  • Travel extensively to provide hands‑on support and build strong relationships.
Candidate Profile
  • Proven HR experience, ideally within a retail or multi‑site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills an advantage).
