Regional HR Business Partner - London & South West

Hybrid – 3 days on site, 2 days from home

Are you an established operational HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor looking for the next step?

Do you enjoy supporting regional operations by working closely with Regional Directors on Employee Relations, Talent & Succession, Engagement, and local HR initiatives to align with broader business strategies?

I am working with a supportive and friendly HR team to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner. You will report to an approachable HR Director who champions flexible working. This role covers 10 branches across the South West and London areas, from Cardiff to Plymouth and Central London.

This position is primarily operational, with approximately 70% of your time responding to business needs, managing employee relations cases, and conducting performance discussions. The remaining 30% will focus on Talent & Succession planning, Engagement surveys, and partnering with Regional Directors to develop localized people strategies to support wider business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Employee Relations cases from start to finish, including dismissals and appeals
  • Coaching managers on HR best practices
  • Leading Talent & Succession planning initiatives
  • Driving engagement survey participation and developing action plans based on results
  • Partnering with Regional Directors to create and implement localized people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Experience in a multi-site role is essential
