I am working with a supportive and friendly HR team to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner. You will report to an approachable HR Director who champions flexible working. This role covers 10 branches across the South West and London areas, from Cardiff to Plymouth and Central London.
This position is primarily operational, with approximately 70% of your time responding to business needs, managing employee relations cases, and conducting performance discussions. The remaining 30% will focus on Talent & Succession planning, Engagement surveys, and partnering with Regional Directors to develop localized people strategies to support wider business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
