Through our parent company, Schools Advisory Service, we also support clients with advice on Occupational Health matters. This year, we are launching the Doctor HR service to provide added value.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Schools People Senior Business Partner specializing in HR & Employment Law. Knowledge of GDPR and Occupational Health management in education would be advantageous. The role is home-based (we set you up), but travel across the NW and more widely is required to support clients on-site. The Senior Business Partner will deliver HR and Employment Law consultancy to clients, covering a broad range of education HR and employment law issues. Contributing to our DPO service or the Doctor HR service would also be welcomed.
