An established industry player is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to enhance HR services across various locations. Radis Community Care has an opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our services across South Wales, Bristol, Portsmouth, Reading, Devon, and North Somerset.
This is a hybrid role requiring regular travel (approximately 70%) to the supported services and some home working. You will have access to a desk and office facilities at one of our local services.
The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in collaborating with management and employees to provide comprehensive support and deliver value-added HR services.
We seek a self-motivated, conscientious, proactive individual with integrity. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a busy HR department in a similar role, along with a minimum of CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. A good understanding of HR processes and current UK employment law is essential. Experience in the care sector is preferred but not mandatory.
You must have a car available for business use and be willing to stay overnight occasionally.
