Hartford Care Limited is seeking a Regional Home Admissions Advisor to drive occupancy, develop referral relationships and ensure smooth move-ins across our homes.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will promote the Hartford Care brand, build links with Local Authorities, CCGs and CHC teams, and guide families through important decisions.

You will manage enquiries, forecast conversions, plan community events, train home teams and produce regular sales reports to shape plans.

Competenze

• Proven sales and marketing track record.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Knowledge of the health and social care sector.
• Proficient with MS Office and sales tools.
• Flexible working hours including some evenings and weekends and some travel.

Mansioni

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to keep occupancy high and meet targets.
• Handle enquiries, brochure requests, calls and online leads promptly and professionally.
• Build relationships with families, carers, Local Authorities, CCGs, CHC and local communities.
• Manage the enquiries pipeline (FOUND database) and forecast conversions.
• Oversee move-ins with care teams and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Visit every new resident within 24 hours, then at 1 week and 4 weeks, gathering feedback.
• Plan and host events, networking opportunities and wellbeing programmes.
• Support and train home teams to deliver strong sales outcomes.
• Produce regular sales and marketing reports and shape plans with your line manager.
• Manage sales and marketing budgets efficiently.
