Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent leadership and time management skills.
• Ensure the business achieves or exceeds forecast turnover and profit.
• Spend quality time promoting and growing the business with potential and existing customers.
• Ensure the region constantly acquires new customers across all sectors and that all sales people achieve their personal sales objective.
• Ensure a sustainable, secure and growing business with maximised profits.
• Ensure all sales enquiries are followed up promptly and followed through to conclusion.
• Develop Forecasts with line manager and present to the Board. Monitor performance against Forecast and last year and react accordingly.
• Monitor and manage the performance of all managers and ensure compliance within their Job Description.
• Maximise team performance through proactive management and organisation and implement change where appropriate.
• Coach, develop, motivate and train your team and also instigate training.
• Ensure business give excellent service, complies with the Customer Service charter.
• Use Salesforce to maximise opportunities, drive business growth through improved sales performance, enhanced customer engagement and increased productivity.
• Successfully use your LinkedIn profile to build your professional network and organically engage with your target audience to generate leads and maximise growth.
• Must hold a current full UK driving licence.
